By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Sri Services Australia offers a range of support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to individuals with disabilities. These services may include but are not limited to personal care, household assistance, community participation, and support coordination.
2. Eligibility
To access our services, individuals must be registered participants under the NDIS and have an active NDIS plan.
3. Service Agreement
Before accessing our services, individuals must enter into a Service Agreement with Sri Services Australia. This agreement outlines the specific services to be provided, the frequency of services, fees, and any other relevant terms and conditions.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for services provided by Sri Services Australia will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Payments are typically made in accordance with the terms specified in the NDIS plan or as otherwise agreed upon between the participant and Sri Services Australia.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Participants must provide reasonable notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees being charged.

7. Confidentiality

All staff members of Sri Services Australia are expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct, which includes treating participants with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times.
9. Complaints and Feedback
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on our services, including any complaints or concerns they may have. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
10. Termination of Services
Sri Services Australia reserves the right to terminate services to any participant in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, failure to pay fees, or any other breach of the Service Agreement.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying participants.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
